Stream on Twitch with CamIn

Connect Twitch

  1. Launch CamIn, and click [Go Live] button at the bottom.

  2. Click [Add platform] and then choose Twitch.

  3. Click [Connect Twtich]

  4. Log in and authorize basic permissions, allowing us to manage your title, description, stream key, and chat messages on your behalf.

  5. You're ready to stream to Twitch., click [Go Live] to start.

  6. Once Twitch detects the incoming stream, the feed will go live on your channel.

  7. To finish your live smoothly, end the stream on Twitch before stopping it on CamIn.

Requirements

  1. Twitch's maximum stream length is 48 hours.

  2. Below are the recommended settings form Twitch:

    Video Guidelines

    1. Resolution: 1920×1080

    2. Streaming in 4K (3840x2160) resolution is currently in beta mode. For more details, contact Twitch directly.

    3. Bitrate: 3,000-6,000 Kbps

    4. Rate control: CBR

    5. FPS: max 60

    6. Keyframe Interval: 2 seconds

    7. Preset: veryfast < - > medium

    8. Profile: Main/High

    9. Codec: H.264 (x264)

    Audio Guidelines

    1. Codec: AAC-LC, Stereo or Mono

    2. Bitrate: 96 Kbps (recommended), max 160 Kbps

    3. Sampling Frequency: any (AAC)
